In January, Nancy Pelosi will become the first female Speaker in the history of the Congress. She would also be third in line to the presidency, after President Bush and Vice President Cheney.

Ya know the more I think about it that Mr. Rogers song is really inapproprite for young children!!

I am a Republican, voted for two Democrats (who didn't win).
I think it is awesome a woman has attained that position!

This is so exciting! I enjoyed her interview on 60 Minutes last month and am so blown away she has made it this far. She is a really good communicator.
